Payments are held for 30 days to address any charge back issues, then once your account balance reaches the minimum $100 USD, you'll get a check by mail or a deposit in your PayPal Worldpayaccount. All commissions are paid in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, or Euro's depending on your affiliate settings.
