"Cherishing The Plateau" by Darryl Hold BA/LPN
What do I mean by cherishing the plateau? Plateau, in this case, refers to the period of time in which you are busy building your business with little or no tangible results. Realistically, most of our affiliates are at this stage. Now I am actively encouraging you to be grateful for this plateau for some sound business reasons.
First, a classic problem for new businesses (Affiliates are businesses) is that ironically rapid
success can bring even swifter failure. What?! Yes, the annals of business history are littered with flash in the pan businesses that soared upward only to dive bomb to their destruction. This is called "too rapid" expansion. Plain talk, these businesses were not prepared for their success, so they ultimately failed. If during the plateau phase that you are in right now, choose to prepare for your eventual expansion; then your success can be long lasting. Example: Take time in figuring out why your customer will choose you instead of any other affiliate to access our seminars and other services at hittpansophism.com. Establish your unique selling proposition (USP). In the plateau, you have ample time to develop your USP.
Second, the steely determination built during plateau phases of business development is invaluable in weathering future business storms. You also get to learn alot about whom you are partnered or affiliated with in your business. For example, Justin Hitt of hittpansophism.com has persevered doggedly thru a lot of technical and marketing obstacles to bring our on-line seminar to fruition. His actions prove that he is a reliable and energetic business partner. Know that when you are trying to decide how much effort to put in as an affiliate. Actions speak louder than words!
Last point, the greatest learning comes during the plateau. This concept is from an Aikido book written by George Leonard. You have the most time to learn during your plateau phase leading to the ability to develop creative concepts. Learn all you can about your affiliate program beyond math projections of potential earnings. Visit hittpansophism.com again and again like its your home page. Immerse yourself in our mission. The stronger base of knowledge you have about your affiliation with us ... the stronger your belief system. The stronger your belief system ... the more money you'll make! Need I say more?
