The Commission Structure
Currently the base commission per sale is 10% and $0.025 for untargeted leads. A base commission is what everyone receives once they start, as sales mount you move yourself into different commission tiers. I want to reward the performers; this structure gives me flexibility to provide more regular incentives and training where necessary. A few incentive programs are already in place, top producers get top commissions, and I want you at the top!
